LCAP

Title III Plan: Part A of Title III is officially known as the English Language Acquisition, Language Enhancement, and Academic Achievement Act. Section 3102 lists nine purposes of the law. The overarching purpose is to ensure that limited-English-proficient (LEP) students (called English learners under California laws), including immigrant children and youths, attain English proficiency and meet the same challenging academic content and achievement standards that other students are expected to meet. See Title III Plan Here

How is our District measuring up?

Dashboard overlay

The California School Dashboard is the new grading system for California's schools.

The new, multifaceted dashboard replaces the Academic Performance Index, an accountability system that assigned a single score to schools based on standardized test results. The dashboard replaces the old, one-size-fits-all approach of API by providing multiple measures of student learning and reporting those measures in a format similar to a student report card. To check out our District's scores, go to https://www.caschooldashboard.org/#/Home and type in Borrego Springs.

LCAP:

Check out our adopted Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). This plan details the District's goals, actions and budgets together in a single document.

For 2020-21 due to COVID Pandemic, the state required an Operations Written Report. This was followed by the Local Continuity and Attendance Plan.

Below you will find the required documents.
