Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)
The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a critical part of California’s Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), which guides how school districts allocate resources to support student achievement and success. The LCAP is a three-year plan that outlines the district’s goals, actions, services, and expenditures to meet state and local priorities, with a strong focus on improving outcomes for all students—especially English learners, foster youth, and low-income students.
Each year, the plan is reviewed and updated with input from stakeholders including parents, students, staff, and community members.
